Mobile App Development

One team for the app, the backend and the store releases — with a single accountable owner.

We build complete mobile products, not just screens. Our team covers native Android (Kotlin), native iOS (Swift), cross-platform React Native and Flutter, plus the Node.js backend, APIs, admin console, push infrastructure, Play Store and App Store releases, and post-launch monitoring — all under one contract and one delivery lead.

Full capability breakdown

Kapil Group company · 45 years, 29 entities Response within 1 business day

No third vendor for the backend

App, API, admin panel, infrastructure and store releases come from one accountable team.

Honest platform advice

We tell you when React Native is enough and when native is genuinely required — with the cost difference laid out.

Built for Indian network reality

Offline-first design, low-end device profiling and data-frugal sync as standard.

Long-term ownership

Store accounts stay in your company's name; we operate them for you under contract.

Capabilities in detail

What our mobile app development actually covers

Each capability below is scoped, priced and delivered as a discrete workstream. Commission one, or run the full programme with a single delivery lead.

01

Native Android App Development

Kotlin apps built for the devices your users actually own

Native Android delivered in Kotlin with Jetpack Compose, targeting the mid-range hardware and patchy connectivity that dominates the Indian market. We handle offline-first data, background sync, battery and memory profiling, deep links, and the full Play Console release track — internal testing, closed track, staged rollout.

KotlinJetpack ComposeRoomWorkManagerPlay Console
  • Kotlin with Jetpack Compose, MVVM architecture and Room offline storage
  • Offline-first sync, conflict resolution and background WorkManager jobs
  • Hardware integrations — camera, GPS, biometrics, barcode/QR, Bluetooth printers
  • Play Console setup, staged rollouts, data-safety and policy compliance
  • Performance profiling on low-end devices and Android version matrix testing
02

Native iOS App Development

Swift apps that pass App Store review the first time

Native iOS in Swift and SwiftUI, built to Apple's Human Interface Guidelines and privacy rules. We manage certificates, provisioning, TestFlight distribution for your stakeholders, App Store review submission and the privacy nutrition labels that stall most first-time submissions.

SwiftSwiftUICore DataTestFlightApp Store Connect
  • Swift and SwiftUI with clean architecture and Core Data persistence
  • Apple Sign In, Face ID/Touch ID, Wallet, Widgets and App Clips where relevant
  • TestFlight distribution for internal UAT before public release
  • Certificate, provisioning and App Store Connect management
  • Privacy manifest, ATT compliance and review-guideline pre-checks
03

Cross-Platform Apps — React Native & Flutter

One codebase when speed to market and budget matter

When Android and iOS need to launch together on a controlled budget, we build in React Native or Flutter with native modules where performance demands it. You get roughly 85–90% shared code, one QA cycle and a single roadmap — with a clear, honest recommendation from us on when native is genuinely the better call.

React NativeFlutterTypeScriptExpoCodePush
  • React Native (TypeScript) or Flutter chosen against your performance profile
  • Native modules bridged for camera, payments, printing or SDK-heavy features
  • Shared design system across both platforms with platform-correct behaviour
  • Over-the-air updates for fast fixes without a store release
  • Single QA cycle and unified release pipeline for both stores
04

Backend, APIs & Admin Console

The two-thirds of an app your users never see

Most app projects fail on the server side. We build the Node.js or Python backend, the versioned APIs, the database, the media pipeline, the notification engine and the web admin console your operations team uses to manage content, users, orders and reports — designed and delivered alongside the app, not bolted on afterwards.

Node.jsNestJSPostgreSQLMongoDBAWSFCM
  • Versioned REST/GraphQL APIs with authentication, throttling and documentation
  • Web admin console for content, users, catalogue, orders and reporting
  • Push notification engine with segmentation, scheduling and delivery reporting
  • Media pipeline — upload, compression, CDN delivery, secure signed URLs
  • Scalable AWS infrastructure with monitoring, backups and cost control
05

Enterprise & Field-Force Apps

Apps for your workforce, not just your customers

Attendance and geo-fenced check-in, field sales and collections, warehouse scanning, service engineer job cards, dealer ordering and site inspections — built to work in poor network conditions and integrated with your ERP, CRM and HRMS, including our own Lemai CRM and Emplai HRMS.

KotlinReact NativeNode.jsGeo APIsMDM
  • Geo-fencing, GPS trails, selfie and biometric attendance
  • Offline capture with queued sync when connectivity returns
  • MDM/EMM compatibility and enterprise (non-public) distribution
  • SSO, device binding and remote data-wipe controls
  • Direct integration with ERP, CRM, HRMS and payment systems
06

Store Release, Monitoring & Version Support

Launch is a process — we own it

We prepare store listings and creatives, manage submission and review responses, then monitor the live app: crash-free rate, ANRs, adoption per version, funnel analytics and review sentiment — with a monthly release train that keeps you current with OS and policy changes.

CrashlyticsSentryFirebase AnalyticsASOFastlane
  • Store listing copy, screenshots, ASO keywords and creatives
  • Submission, review response handling and staged rollout management
  • Crashlytics, Sentry and analytics dashboards with alerting
  • Monthly release train for OS updates, SDK deprecations and policy changes
  • Version-support policy and forced-upgrade handling

Client voices

What clients say about our mobile app development work

Feedback from company representatives who awarded us the engagement.

They delivered backend, Android and iOS as one team, so we never lost time in handoffs. Both store submissions cleared on the first attempt.

Teks Academy

Product Owner

Offline handling and push notifications were engineered properly for field users on weak networks. Adoption in tier-2 locations was the proof.

Kapil Chits Bangalore

Regional Head

Release management, crash reporting and analytics were set up before launch, not after. We could see exactly what users were doing from day one.

Placemein

Co-founder

The app was built once and shipped to both platforms without compromising the native feel. It kept our budget realistic.

FAQ

Mobile App Development questions procurement teams ask

Straight answers on timelines, ownership, commercials and technology choices.

Do you build native Android and iOS, or only cross-platform?+

Both. We have native Kotlin and Swift engineers as well as React Native and Flutter teams. After the feature workshop we recommend the platform strategy that fits your performance needs, budget and timeline — and explain the trade-offs in writing.

Will you also build the backend and admin panel?+

Yes, and we recommend it. Roughly two-thirds of a mobile product is the server side: APIs, database, media handling, push notifications, admin console and infrastructure. We deliver all of it with the app.

Who owns the Play Store and App Store accounts?+

You do. Accounts are registered in your company's name; we manage submissions, releases and policy compliance on your behalf.

Can you take over an app built by another vendor?+

Yes. We audit the codebase, builds and store accounts, give you a stabilise-or-rebuild recommendation with costs, and resume the release cycle.

How long does an app take?+

A focused MVP on one platform typically runs 8–10 weeks. Android + iOS with a backend and admin console generally runs 12–20 weeks, released in phases.
